WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to the United States. All orders will be given a Tracking number through the USPS. Shipping is calculated at the time of check out.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. All charges will appear as CHAMPO on your statements. All prices are in USD.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Some of our products come with limited warranties from the manufacturer. Please retain your receipt and submit information with the manufacturer in a timely manner. If at any time you have questions about your item's warranty, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Our return policy is states that you have seven days from the delivery date to notify us of a damages or faulty item. Please visit our SHIPPING & RETURNS page for instructions. If at any time you have a question, please contact us.
MY ITEM ARRIVED IN A DAMAGED PACKAGE...
We understand that sometimes the packages are handled a little rough at the post office. Please email us at support@getfervora.com with the following:
- A photo of the damaged item.
- Your order number.
Once we receive your email, we will be happy to begin the process of handling your replacement.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as we are contacted within 24 hours of placing your order. You will need to send us an email at support@getfervora.com with the subject CANCEL.
