SHIPPING
We ship via USPS and/or UPS to the United States.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an invoice with tracking information.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note there are possible shipping delays out of our control with COVID-19 procedures that are happening globally.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the intimate use of our products, we are unable to return or exchange items. This is for health and sanitary purposes, and more importantly for the safety and trust of you, our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
If an item is found to have manufacturing defects within SEVEN days of delivery date, we will replace it with the same item. Please check and submit necessary information to your items' manufacturers.
HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM
All returns must be authorized before we accept the item.
Products must be returned within SEVEN days of your delivery date and will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please contact us at hello@getfervora.com to let us know of the issue that is happening and to initiate the return process so that we can help you with the next steps.
Please provide the following information with the defective item:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product
- Contact phone number if not provided previously
We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one.
Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse, we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
